The basis for the elegant Fraenzi weiss from Franconia are grapes from the Bacchus, Kerner, Müller-Thurgau, Scheurebe and Silvaner grape varieties. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully pressed. This is followed by fermentation of the base wines.
