General information about the customer account
You can easily create your VINELLO customer account by clicking "My Account" at the top right and then selecting "Log in and Register". Enter your personal details and confirm your registration. After successful registration you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

No, a customer account is not strictly required to place an order. You can also complete your order with us without a customer account. In the checkout area, under "Your address", select the checkbox "do not create a customer account". You are now ordering as a guest with us.
Login & Password
Click on "Forgot password" in the login area. You will receive an e-mail with a link to reset it.
Check your e-mail address, the password and, if applicable, case sensitivity. Also clear your browser cache or try a different browser.
