When given some air in the glass by swirling, this rosé wine shows an unprecedented balance, as it is neither watery nor syrupy or liqueur-like on the walls of the glass. This wine beautifully expresses strong notes of rosehip, raspberry, red currant, and hibiscus. Additional hints of other fruits add to its charm.

Vinification of the Noah of Areni Noa Areni Rosé

This rosé wine clearly focuses on a single grape variety, namely Areni. For this wonderfully balanced varietal wine from Noah of Areni, only flawless grape material was used. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. Here, they are sorted and gently crushed. The fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation is completed.
